Allele-Specific Expression
In this panel, you can analyze allele-specific expression and visualize the effect sizes of multiple influencing factors and somatic mutation burden categories.
This function allows users to analyze allele-specific expression by providing quantitative data on allelic imbalance for selected genes. Heatmaps visualize the effect sizes of multiple factors and somatic mutation burden categories.
Effect size here refers to the magnitude of the relationship between the genomic factors and allelic expression imbalance, as quantified by generalized linear model. Zoom-in plots for somatic mutation factors are provided to ensure that finer details are not masked by factors with larger effect sizes.
